Sad and Happiness always come in everyone's life.
I did cry when I was a child but once I grew up I never cry only feeling sad when I didn't get what I wanted most or having lost the loved ones.
Like the saying behind the cloud there are always a bright sunshine.

Usually I feel much better after the crying itself. So, after crying, I don't NEED to feel better. It is just that I find it so very hard to cry when I need to.

I have to get my mind off of whatever is making me cry. My mom just died back in Sept., so when I find myself thinking about her, I just start a conversation or find something to do. that helps me.
