Do it yourself: Below are characters for sky (ping-yin dialect) but you can find many other site and dialects.

Save the image, manipulate it to the size you are going to want the tattoo. Print it. Copy to cardboard. Cut out signs to make a mold.
place mold over you body and paint choose color, use sharpie or other dissoluble or water resistant felt pents. This will tattoo you but it will only last for 15 days or so
For longer results but still temporary use henna to paint your tattoo. You can get samples of tattoos and henna kits on:

I know they have them. I got a one in Key West. They use ink but no needle. They fade after time ( a week or so) and go away. You might check with a tattoo parlor to see if they do the temps.

1. cut out the character of it you found on the internet, onto a piece of paper. (the word is only 4 strokes)
