plus i also have a scar on my right hand which was caused by a fungul infection that ate up one of my nails too. what cream do u recommend for the scar which looks like a burn and the nail is creased what should i do to it, is there a med or cream that can sought me out

base on my experience, you should wear shoes that's pointed. never wear flat shoes because that would emphasize your being flat footed...

There are many products out there that reduce the apearence of scars. Certian types of scar therapy.

As far as your shoes I'd stay away from anything with a high arch. Like heels and such. Just wear what's comfy.

What kind of shoes? Running shoes - read shoe reviews in Runners Magazines or go to a Running specialty store. Usually nail fungus infections that are bad require oral medication such as lamisil tablets or something like it. If it is another kind of shoe what type?

you should wear birkenstocks...they're really good for your feet. Maybe you should get your hand checked up, so you can the right cream for it, or just go to the pharmasist and ask for their advice.

there,s two that will work, one called balance, also another one called and1, my old foot doctor told me, to buy one / balance is better out of each one, also try to get an ankle brace, my arch pops out, when i sprint

nothing can help that scar much , i hope you never mess with fake nails again, wear sneakers.

wear flippers of snow shoes...clown shoes are another option
