Unless you have an abnormality in the spine and its curves from when you were born, 22 is still a good age to improve posture. Strengthen you abs and your back muscles, because both are responsible for good posture. Also treat your feet well, because if your feet are not well supported, it leads to bad posture... imagine it like a chain reaction... bad feet> misalignment of spine > bad posture. Weak abs+ weak back muscles> over exaggeration of natural spinal curves> bad posture.

Make sure that your back muscles are strong enough to support yourself. There are a number of exercises you can do. Also try to keep your shoulder blades together in the back whenever you think about it; this will naturally correct your posture. A physical therapist can help you to work on this. I'm older than you and I got training on posture last year.
