If your want mainly fuel efficiency(mileage) only, then drop the pulsar 150. Look for something in the 125 cc range. If your main concern is fuel efficiency only, then I would advise you to go for Glamour Fi (fuel injected). It is more expensive but would give the highest fuel efficiency out of these three bikes.
Otherwise, if you dont want to spend extra bucks on fuel injection, then you can choose any bike between the Glamour or Discover, both are equally good bikes. Though, I prefer the Glamour as it looks better and provides magnesium alloy wheels and DISC Brake unlike the Discover.
But my recommendation in the 125 cc range is the Yamaha Gladiator. It is the best bike in the 125 cc segment and handles brilliantly. Unlike the Glamour or Discover, it has 5 gears and has a disc too. Although the fuel efficiency is a bit on the lower side.

My Dear Somy........always remember this that Power is the enemy of Mileage........the more power= less mileage.... lower power = good mileage .....
you can see that 100CC bikes gives awsome mileage of 70+ in city conditions while other 150 cc and 180 cc bikes can give you only 45-50 in citi conditions.
in 125CC segment my choice is Discover DTSi....I love the performance and looking of the bike. I am using it...it gives me mileage of 60+ good average. Overall it has good looking like pulsors so why to waste money on pulsur the differnce of price is between 10 to 12K.
