Seeing as how Liberal Democrats won WW2, it may not be a bad idea.

But it won't happen. Bush doesn't want advice, he wants affirmation.

Well, if he wants any money he might. He no longer has a BLANK check, no strings attached, like the Republicans gave him! Ticd, go tell that to FDR, Truman and Woodrow Wilson, all democrats!

All you have is Nixon, (Vietnam) which was started by Eisenhower while Nixon was Vice-President! Reagan who cut and ran from Lebanon after Hezbollah terrorist killed 242 Marines, And Bush, who lost this one 3 years ago when he lost control of the country! Your FACTS leave a lot to be desired!

I don't think that Bush accepts advice from anyone other than Cheney & Karl Rove & maybe a few other cabinet members. Oh yes, and military officers who agree with him.

He'll go through the motions of seeming to do so but then he will do whatever he had decided on in the first place. After all, he proclaimed himself as being the great decider.

F, H, D, **** it! NOOOOOOOO! Oi, my God, you didn't listen to his speech VERY well! America, President Bush, will NOT cut-and RUN, like a gdmf STUPID liberal! America is NOT a PUSSY! We STAND, WE DELIVER our promises, and KEEP our HONOR! Our BELOVED soldier's WILL NOT LAY DOWN to terrorists! They have PRIDE in their country, and KNOW the difference between RIGHT, and WRONG! Too bad liberals don't understand that WRONG, just isn't RIGHT.
Bless, with all of God's heart, and even my little tiny fighting heart, America's brave, diligent and, honorable troops. We, America are lost without you. I love you all!

He is setting up his exit strategy which is to blame the Maliki government for failing. Bush will claim the US did the best it could, including sending in more troops despite political oppostion.

If he wanted to win in Iraq at this point, he should send in 500,000 troops and restart the draft. That at least would be a choice for America to make. Do we sacrifice for this goal or not?
21,000 extra troops wont be enough to win, so in the end we will lose.

I think he most certainly should always listen to their advice, but I don't believe if it constrasts with what he believes is right and neccessary that he should follow their advice.

He is going to get it whether he seeks it or not.
Its only just beginning.
He is going to face resistance from Congress concerning manning and funding the REPUBLICAN misadventure in IRAQ.
Bush is finished.
He is done.
He is useless.
The sooner he goes back to his ranch the better.

No, from a psychiatric to see if he can help Bush to come out from this idea that he's God and the schizophrenia that getting the petroleum from Iraq is the best thing to do.
