For me it was someone I had always enjoyed since I was a kid, and the older I got I really became a huge fan of. One night I stumbled upon the fact he would be in my town in two days, and with my favorite artist whom I had seen twice already.
He played first, before my altime fav (so the fact that my #1 guy was on the bill didn't diminish his performance, i really believe) and after his set and before the closing act act even got on stage, I looked at my wife and said how dissapointed I was in that concert.
long story, still long it was Willie Nelson, and in all honesty that concert has kinda ruined him for me. I listen to his stuff, but nowhere nearly as often

The Rolling Stones. I am a huge fan and seen them 2x before and it was great. The 3rd time was at a smaller venue that they hadn't played in years and we had great seats but the concert sucked. Keith sang 3 songs which were incoherent and the rest of the show seemed off. I was so bummed, it wasn't even the cost of the show that bothered me but the fact that I love their music but feel I wasted 3hrs of my life there. I could of played 40 licks and 3 beers at home and had a better night.

I went to a Tears for Fears concert once and I didn't like the new songs they played. Also, the songs I recognized didn't sound like "live" versions. I felt like I could have stayed home and listened to the CD and been $25 richer! I was there with friends, though.

Eric Clapton, Munich, Germany, 1996 or so. Except for the intro to I Shot the Sherrif, the rest was worse than any garage band drunk party I've been through. Alsdo Steve Vai in Munich, 1995 or so - all was as planned, but SOOOOOOOO BOOOOOOORING.

I am 65+ years old I have only been to one in my entire life..................30 years ago! It was TED NUGENT. WOW! I was really embarrassed the following day when all of my daughters high school friends told her ........Hey I saw your mom at..........you guessed it. The Uncle Ted show! I was impressed with all of the sights going on around me..........That TN is
so High Energy.........I guess I really wasn't that disappointed.
I guess it's a little late to plan anymore concerts....

definite, the Riverside County Symphony. i think of it become composed of all the song instructors in Riverside County. all of them knew the notes to play, in spite of the shown fact that it appeared like no person had practiced jointly so their timing become constantly off with admire to a minimum of one yet another. think of a music the place each and all the contraptions could be a 2d off from being in unison.

Fiona Apple. There was so much buzz about her when she released her first album and we were expecting something great. She gabbed between sets about her "life" and the show seemed to not really start. Ever.

Bon Jovi, in 1984. He just wasn't as good as Van Halen and Motley Crue.

1. Played after them
2. Was a heck of a lot better than they were
THEY LEFT AFTER 15 MINUTES OF PLAYING TO GO TO GERMANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Talk about a let down!
