im 19 and my breasts havent grown since i was in middle school..every girl in my family on my mums and dads side have big boobs and i dont...i dont understand it...i want to have bigger boobs but i refuse to get inplants..so is there any other way i can help them grow...please help

There is nothing you can do to make them grow faster, but it doesn't mean they won't just because you are 19. I was a small B cup until I was 22 yrs and became pregnant. I am now a D cup and they never went back down. I am now 30 with 2 kids and sometimes I wish I was smaller. It can be tough to find good fitting bras when you are that big. Wait a few more years before doing anything since you may still grow. If by 24 or 25 you are still small then you can get implants.

I tried it all, if you really want a non surgical kind of regimen look up the bravabra. This is a non surgical way of increasing your bust size by up to two sizes. Depending on what you already are. It is usually for really small breast sized women. It's pretty pricy as much as an augmentation.
I gave up on trying, birth control pills never increased my breast size, not that I took them for that but some women this helped. My sisters (i have three) are size D cup and are all tiny and petite. So am I but, I must of skipped the boob line when I was being made. I opted for a breast autmentation but I did it at 29. So I think I waited long enough.

no, you can't MAKE them grow. (unless you do surgery which you shouldn't) Its not always genetic the size of your breasts but dont worry, its not even great to have big ones, so maybe some guys like them big, but that just means they're not worthy of being a good boyfriend or anything.. dont worry about that, it should be the least of your worries.
Be grateful that you don't have breast cancer, some women had to have them taken away because of it.. thats how you should think of it, so dont worry about the size.
If you want to make it look a little bigger under clothing try bras with a lot of padding.. they're also really good for support, you barely feel a thing because of the padding, i have one and its great when i know im going to be doing something where it can hurt.. u know

Well first of all how old are you? If you're young then just give it time. If you're older, then milk might be able to help. One way is to also get fat then you're boobs will grow too (but you probably don't want to do that :] ) Diary will most likely do the trick. You're nationality might have something to with it also, some nationalities don't typically have big breasts.

Don't Worry I wanted big boobs too. They GREW and I did not do a thing. I just went about my normal business and heredity seems to be on your side. Just give them some love and care and Dolly said Extra Grooming... Was her ticket!

I feel it is for the breast cancer or for accident victims to get the enhancement. When cosmetic implants are the way to go. You know...I want to feel something if a Man thinks I am Wonderful ...I want to feel Woman enough to respond....
Strenght training will enhance the muscle under the breast but it is a gland and vein and soft tissue body part for your children to be fed when you have them and in pregnancy You will Grow so give yourself time to be all natural OK

Eat more or start taking birth control pills. If you are very thin then you will most likely have small boobs forever. If you get fatter than your breasts may get larger. That is how it is. Big women get the breasts and thinner women dont. It doesn't matter your size though. If you are attractive no man will dump you over your breast size, unless he is a loser.

Way to go on not getting implants! Don't cave to that. You can massage them in circles 10 times. Then up and down and then side to side each time. I've heard that will help them to grow and it will get blood flow in there. I'm not positive though. It is worth trying in my opinion. All the best to you, sweetie.

You could try to gain some weight, I was stick thin until college and had very little up top, but I put on about 30 pounds, which brought me up to a normal weight, and suddenly I was busting out of all my tops...outside of that, there's not much you can do.

If there were I'd be bigger too. I didn't completely fill out till I was easily 19 or 20 so maybe you just haven't grown to your full potential yet.

you could possibally ask a doctor for estrogen or perhaps progesterone dosages...
or you could try a tai chi excercise called the female deer excersise where you massage your breasts very lightly from the shoulder, down insde and under.. (clockwise for your right, counterclockwise for your left if you were facing yourself)
