Not legal in Tucson. Don't know about anywhere else, but I doubt it b/c of the fire danger.

Fireworks are illegal in Arizona due to severe fire danger. (It's the desert) Surrounding states that allow fireworks are California, Nevada, New Mexico, and probably Utah. The best way to get them would be to simply make a drive. Depending on what part of Arizona you're in would decide which way you'd head. Just remember, if you get caught lighting off fireworks you can be fined BIG time. If your fireworks cause a fire you can be fined, arrested, and have to pay for any damages you caused. It may be safer just to spend July 4th in another state and light off to your heart's content.

The only way around this would be to get a valid explosives license through probably ATF (limited permit costs $25) or your city council. You could make friends with a fireman. Sometimes fireman are able to get better fireworks because they are trained to...fight fire. LOL, I really hope this helped.
