When I'm cleaning my baby's penis to get the pee off, he jerks his leg around. Is that normal?

ha ha, yea sweetie that's normal. It's also normal for him to have an erection. It's a sensitive area and you're basically tickling him when you clean.

Yes. I have video of my son doing the same. It's almost reflexive: hands on - legs up, hands off - legs down. He seemed to do it more when my hands were colder. Now he thrashes and kicks his legs playfully. If he's in pain, you'll totally know.

It probably tickles him. They're pretty sensitive even as a baby. I'm sure it's more than normal.
