The reason he was allowed to say that was because the guest had a book with the work Bullshit in the title, so when he was making a reference to that book it was not bleeped out - but where it was not referring to that book, the author or his subject matter it is still not allowed.

Certian channels at late night allow uncensored stuff to be showed like at 12 or 1, but not like in the day.
B-S isnt suppose to be uncensored.

They can say it uncensored on certain channels. Like TNT (they use the word on The Closer) and FX. Perhaps a few other channels also.

Like Carole stated, I believe it all has to do with the context. Refering to a book's title is kosher, while refuting someone to be full of it, is not.
