Dreams are fairly random. They can be of past memories, but most often your mind is repeating thoughts from the previous day, and turning them into new memories. Whatever the case, you can never really interpret any important information from dreams.

You have two opposing thoughts here and that's why you feel anxiety or fear. Your car represents your freedom, and the baby represents your desire to have a child. However, you fear that if you have a child you will lose your freedom. I suggest having the child, use a carseat, and see the world together.
