If this isn't a joke, call your primary physician immediately and get his/her advice. He/she may even recommend you get yourself to an ER. It's not normal for blood to be coming out. And I don't know why you would squeeze it to stop peeing so you wouldn't be seen, but if you were embarrassed, then please in future suck up embarrassment to avoid potentially damaging part of your anatomy, and if you were doing it in a place where you might get arrested, then in future either cross your legs and get yourself to a bathroom, or go ahead and pee and risk getting a ticket. Ultimately, this is something you should be concerned about.

If you are serious about this matter, you probably have overstretched muscles and the urine that was held back by force possibly busted your urinal tube that runs through your penis.
If so; and since you mentioned bleeding, get immediate medical attention before infection or other possible complications may occur.
Altogether, you may not be able to urinate without unbearable pain.

busted a blood vessel or 2. drink a great form of water and cranberry juice to avert a urinary tract an infection. see a physician if it persists for better than 2 days or if swelling and burning take place. next time visit the bathing room and enable the pass go.

I don't know what caused the bleeding but I do know you'd better stop doing this. It is not a smart way to do it. Next time peeing in the bottle if you could not find the toilet.

Why would you do that? Anyway, you may have broken a blood vessel inside your penis and that's why you are bleeding. If it doesn't stop, you better go see a urologist.

You probably busted a blood vessel, which will result in bruising. I wouldn't recommend that again.

You probably injured your urethra you dummy. Give it time, if still bleeding over next few days or if large quantities of blood see your doc
