I usually drink a lot of water so it would come out pretty clear at first. I'd bottle it and save it. Unless you want to die you'd have to because that beautiful lagoon is really just a mirage.

No, I would not drink my own pee if I were lost in a desert for days.

ok for one if your were lost in the desert for days you would be so dry that you wouldnt be able to pee you have to drink something in order to pee

technically, if you were lost in a desert and didnt have anything to drink, you wouldn`t be able to form urine, when the body becomes dehydrated the brain sends out a substance called anti-diuretic hormone, it tells the kidney to conserve any form of water and not to form urine... meanwhile water that is already stored in the cells of the body are the ones being utilized for metabolism...when this water also becomes depleted, shock ensues, the bodys organs begins shutting down, the less important ones shutting down first followed lastly by the brain and the heart... most patients are awake up to the last minute although they do become delirious just before death...so, even if you wanted to, you couldn`t drink your own urine...

The average person is capable of doing far worse when put in a life and death situation. It's easy to discount such as act from afar. It's a different story though when you feel your insides burning, and are a couple of days from the end.

You probably wouldn't be peeing. You'd be dehydrating due to sweat.

A better example is miners stuck underground. This is a survival technique used to last longer. And, to answer you question, yes. It'd be foolish to die simply because you think something is gross.

I would'nt put myself in that position. But if I WHERE one of those rtarted people who take trips to icy cold mountains and deserts and then end up lost___ ide prob---kill myself first for being an idiot.

no i would not for one it would make you sick and two after a few days in the desert i doubt you would be peeing very much at all.

If i was smart enough to make a filter, to make the pee into non toxic (if it is) liquid to drink, then the answer would be yes..


but if just pee pee..... NAH....LOL
