Your friend Jill will tap you on the shoulder and say the words "Lets go get smashed!" You should not go get smashed, but instead tell Jill how you really feel. Things have been confused between you for so long, especially since the "pina-colada flavoured dwarf" incident, that you need to let your feelings be known. She still finds you attractive, despite the questionable rhinoplasty decisions you've made recently.
Kiss her and say "I love you, Jill". This will result in many long years together and children that don't look too bad considering your lineage. You could do a lot worse.
