With the use of a crane, and a lot of luck.

flotation tanks to bring it to the surface and then a heavy duty crane to lift it clear. a crane with a minimum of 100 ton capacitiy will be required or a couple of commercial recovery trucks (wreckers) should be able to winch it out dependant on the ground condition.
