EQ means "emotional quotien".
And no, having a high IQ does not mean one will have a low EQ.
I have a high IQ (somewhere in the 125-135 range), and my EQ is at par with my IQ.
Some people with a high IQ may indeed have a low EQ, but one does not imply the other.

No, most of the time the opposite.
Most people with high IQ have high EQ. However, don't confuse this with outgoingness and incredible interpersonal skills. A lot of high IQ people are highly introverted (about 85%), which might create the perception of a low EQ when that isn't actually the case.

I think sometimes that can happen. Maybe people with high IQ tend to be involved in intellectual issues, so they "exercise" that part of their brain, and not that much of the eq.
Maybe it is like when you don't exercise a muscle, it becomes weak.
That doesn't mean high iq equals low eq necessarily.
I say that because I happen to have a high IQ, according to tests, but wasn't that good with relationships.
I am better now on that, probably because of experience.

No, there is no co relation between the two. Any person has feelings, the level of intelligence has got nothing to do with it.
