Hershey Kisses are good choices, unless you're thinking of candy BARS. Then I would suggest Godiva chocolate. Choxie has greattt truffles, mints, and other chocolate candy. Check up on those: -)

You did say THE BEST, right? In that case ... it has to be GODIVA chocolates. Although, I find I am very partial to Baci and Ferrero Rocher, too, hehehe.
