My sister & I watched this movie about 15 years ago....there's a part where the bad guy (who is a ventriloquist) paints himself to look like a brick wall in a woman's house. That's about all we can remember. You don't have to give me a thumbs down or tell me how terrible a description this is - I already know. Can anyone help me?? It was sort of new back then so my guess is an early 90s thriller. PLEASE HELP!!!!

It's called When A Stranger Calls Back. It's the sequel to When a Stranger Calls...That part used to creep me out. Especially because he was always whispering her name...."Jilllllllllllll" JIIIIILLLL" *scaring myself*
