Nothing I know works better than fresh citrus fruit - no, not frozen orange juice or stuff in cans or bottles - get the fresh fruit.

For me, grapefruit works best. It does an amazing job. You get all sorts of energy from the natural sugars and tons of fresh, real, vitamin C. Get some ruby reds cause they tend to be the sweetest. If you need to put some sugar on it go ahead. If you don't like the pulp then just cut it in half and squeeze the juice into a glass and drink it.

If you don't like grapefruit then get some oranges. The real key is the fresh fruit.

Zink tablets have helped me too. Don't try to taste them - Ugh! Just take them like an aspirin.

Hope you feel better!
