There is nothing to dispute...it is a law of the universe. Energy (negative and positive) balances itself out to create a stable environment. Karma is merely the balancing of energies.

Karma has no judgment...it just is. If you slam your finger in the door, it hurts, but the pain is not a punishment for being clumsy. The pain, like karma, is just the natural result of our actions.

When we harm another the karmic law, dictates that same harmful infliction upon us to maintain a universal balance. There is no right or wrong...only consequences.

No. Stuff happens. Sometimes really bad people have it good their whole lives, sometimes really good people just get caught in the rain. Whatever happens, happens. God can intervene, but only when He wants.
