If the circumference is 18 x pi, this means that the radius of the circle is 9 cm because Circumference = 2 x r x pi = 2 x 9 x pi.
and since the area = pi x r^2 or pi x r x r, then Area in terms of pi is = pi x 9 x 9 or 81xpi.

I can't tell if you mean 18 times 3.14 or 183.14. If would seem that if it were 18 times pi, you would have written 18pi. So, I have concluded you mean C= 183.14.
Thus 183.14= 2*pi*r
r = 183.4/(2pi)
A = pi*r^2
A = pi*(183.14^2/(4*pi^2)
A= 183.14/(4*pi) = 14.5738

and
Area = pi * r^2
Area = pi * (91.57/pi)^2
