2000 acura integra ls how do i know if it is a interference motor or ot?

it just snap the timing belt 1.8 DOHC NON V-TECH

Yes it is, all Honda engines are, actually almost all imports have interference engines. You're probably going to end up with some bent valves and valve guides.

Yes almost all hondas are but you may get lucky if it broke and you didn't try to restart the engine then in some rare cases the engine will be ok with a new belt.
