Clinton. Bush has failed in every area of his presidency. Name one success. And don't say no more attacks since 9/11- Do we say Hoover was a Great president because there were no more crashes in his term after Black Friday?
And Clinton? Budget Surplus, Better education, Better Economy, Positive image in the world, ect. I could go on for ages, but in the interests of space and time...

What he did wrong was a moral issue that MANY MARRIED MEN DO, It didn't do any killing!!!!!!
Much less go after the WRONG GUY!! Has everyone forgot that George Senior is the one who botched the Saddam thing while he was in office. This is all a plot to get what his daddy missed. It was to embarrasing for Bush Jr. to see someone get the best of his Daddy.

Clinton was a great president. Besides the issues regarding his sex life, he was one of the greatest presidents. I guess everyone has forgotten what he did for our country. We were not in debt with Clinton, and it didn't take long for Bush to destroy everything that Clinton had done. Bill Clinton did more for this country and its people more than Bush ever did, and more than he ever will!!! Even if Bush was allowed a 3rd term to mend things, it wouldn't even come close to the positive things that Clinton has done. He also kept is campaign promises, which very few presidents can say that!
