You can have a sense of humor about something that angers you. It is generally called sarcasm, I believe. (Ha! Ha!) I tend to make sarcastic jokes when angry.

whats the saying?Laugh to keep from crying? I was made to go to anger stress class and had to take off from work to do it,drive across town pay THEM for the honor of attending and as the guy goes round the room and each person says what their mad about, on my turn I said "the only thing I'm pissed off about is having to go to these @#^damn classes!"

yep. that's what keeps me sane. i turn my anger into humor and make sure that i never lose my temper. but once i lose it boy..... people are in for a surprise.

In my opinion, Yes... i don't like getting mad- it does no good. When i'm having a rough time my lil bro notices {even when i'm trying to hide it) and so he always finds a way to make me laugh... and before i know it i'm happy and laughing.
