Yes, this is possible. The problem with that idea is the fact that it normally requires a fair amount of energy to do so in the first place. Generally, it's not cost-efficient, and the process of turning the hydrogen into liquid will pollute the environment just as much as we are now.

if by we you mean a common person the answer would be no be cause the space it would take to store that much hydrogen would be huge.depending on your need for energy.
