use regular liquid laundry detergent watered down a bit... get an old toothbrush and scrub it for about 2 or 3 minutes until the stain comes up... rinse it then do that all over again. then wash it like normal... this usually brings out all the stains i get on my clothes

Use a Clorox bleach pen on just the stain on the white part and then wash the shirt right away. It lets you bleach a small portion of a garment without having to damage the entire garment. Won't cost you a ton - about four bucks.

Put Dawn dish washing liquid on the stain and rub it in. Let it soak for half hour and launder normally. If stain has not come out completely before drying repeat washing.

try oxy clean stain remover there is no bleach in it and it works good on nasty stains.
