In my opinion, www.weather.com is the best. You could also use yahoo weather, but weather.com has the most up-to-date, accurate information on weather. :-)

Also try http://www.wunderground.com - you don't have to pay or register/suscribe to use all the features on this site. Weather channel limits some features to suscribers only.
