do any of u know of any laptop PC (cheaper is better) wich has a screen that faces out so u ca see it when its closed (or of any flat mobile PC) that i can use like a clipboard with the pictures showing ect - what i want is somthing i can hold up that people can see the images or text that is on the screen - i must be able to hold the unit and it must be battery operated

im trying to keep away from touch screen as this tends to add an extra 50% to cost

also im looking for as large a screen as posibel all the tablets i have seen are onlty 14 inches

Table pc's are definitely what youre looking for. Although they are generally more costly than traditional laptops. The screen can be rotated 180 degrees to either be open or closed and can be used with a stylus. So you can write or draw on the laptop or just thumb around on it using the stylus. Now they are selling the even smaller versions of tablet pcs which are ultra portable yet still manageable...

you are looking for a Tablet PC, some have just a screen you can use. i've seen some that have a normal keyboard/monitor, and the LCD can flip 180 degrees then lay down on top of the keyboard to become a tablet (it would be a touchscreen)

Yes. These are called "tablet PCs". They are made by many manufacturers. It's basically a laptop with a screen that you can turn and write on.

Gateway that is the one I use you can also write on it with the pen it comes with so it is wonderful. look on ebay for some cheap ones
