Depends. In some situations, it's best to just let live, but criticism can be healthy and helpful.

Neither. To care enough and be brave enough to speak out and to act when wrongs are being done wouldn't be the same as "to be critical of everything" which is a pain. Live and let live isn't that cool either if it means ignoring wrongdoings as long as it's done onto someone else.

both have their place but not to infringe upon real human rights is a possible common trait if one limits their over zealous criticisms
to an acceptable extent. not everything need be overdone.

to be critical of every thing or of every one is not power it's fear ..to have true power is to be loved by people for being kind ,..caring..faithful..that is true power...
