Should I get to wear flippers when we go to the pool?

If she was my g/friend I would ask her to wear socks at the pool.
You can wear them too so people don't look "funnily" (like the other guy said) at you!

Why would she need flippers if she's got webbed feet. If you want to avoid people looking at her funnily, then she probably should.
