Peoples' interests?

I can't work out if the apostrophe comes before or after the 's'

If you're talking about the interests of cultures or nations, i.e. peoples, then it's peoples' interest. Otherwise, people is already plural, as in 'you can always catch people's eye if you try'.

The grammar is almost there but the apostrophe is in the wrong place it should read.... Peoples interest`s....... if using a wpd ( Word Processing Document) you can check grammar via the Spell checker..... hope that helps....

People's interests. The interests belong to people, not peoples.

The first one, people's interests. People is already plural.

it is people's. the ' only goes after the s if the word already ends with an s.
