I have noticed that everyone is a Hypocite in away; including myself. So are people hypocrites in someway?

Big time. People expect stuff out of others with absolution, but make excuses for themselves.

I know that most people are hypocrites. Most of the time i am, this is because many times i find it easier to just go with everyones expectations of who i am instead of showing them my true self. That way, i am liked more and get by easily with other people. Sometimes it is because, i am too tired of someone and want them out of my sight so i pretend here and there. Otherwise, i think that we learn how to be great hypocrites from our parents/guardians.

There is a preponderance of ignorance underlying most of the worlds consciousness and hypocrisy seems well founded as an offshoot to this.
How else could most of the world still be chained to the superstitions founded in the ignorance of centuries ago?

Absolutely; no person's actions or set of beliefs has a perfect internal consistency. It is a part of being human.
