Start over several times, until you get a security image that you can clearly see. It really pissed me off, recently, but that's just how it be. Good luck, and beware of Allah's Wrath.

I know someone who had the same problem and solved it by downloading, and using, Mozilla Foxfire browser instead of Internet Explorer.
