You can set up your phone for E-mail, if possible, then email the file to your cell phone, or purchase a compatible USB connector cable for your phone-to-PC transfer, and send the file that way, or if your computer and cell phone have infrared ports, send the file via infrared. I recommend you Consult your cell phones user manual for more information. Hope this has helped.

there are lots of messenger service that can send txt messages on cellphone using pc try installing yahoo messenger or chikka txtmessenger or try what available on your country there you can see send txt messages type in the mobile number just discover how to use your messenger
