take several pages of news paper and crumple them up, then spray the paper with bleach and set microwave power level at 50% and run it for 4 or 5 mins. This also works well in refers. that have a bad oder by placing news paper crumpled up on every shelf and spraying with the bleach.

Try using a 1/2 cup of lemon juice & 1 cup water in a microwavable bowl and heat it for 5 minutes then wipe out your microwave. You may have to repeat it if it's a strong odor but it should work.

Try microwaving a couple of slices of lemon in a bowl of water. Make sure it boils for a few minutes generating lots of steam, then wipe the walls with kitchen paper.

try using 1/4 cup lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of water, microwave on high till it boils, or makes good steam. then just wipe it out! i've done this before, it really does work!
