I feel she often lies about stuff. but nothing can be proven. I now have a way of proving that she lied about something. but if I bring it in the open then my friend will probably split with his girl. meaning I might not get my money. She never has money to pay me back. after a long time she finally got a job , but wen payday can. the boss said she will add her pay to the next month's. because she did not work a full month. there is some other money that she earned at another company that 'friend's girlfriend' has been trying to get hold of. but always some problem there aswel.

what are my options. What would you do.?

Show the proof that she maybe had an affair. or wait for the money.( 440 US$)

Is that this the equal friend that is asking to borrow $800 in a further query you may have here on yahoo? If he borrowed $500 and didnt pay you back dont provide him one peso more except that is paid again to you. The following time he asks for money right away ask him when you will get your $500 again for your last mortgage!! Just one loan at a time. Dont be a sucker. You arent cheap. You're clever. Do you particularly want any individual that calls you names as your friend?

She's a con artist. Your out the money. If you value your friendship, don't bring up the affair. Simply tell your friend that as far as you are concerned she will never pay you back, there for you do not trust her. In the future if anyone wants you to lend them money tell them that we will write up a contract and have it notarized. If they get upset, in my opinion they are not being honest with you.

I would write her a letter with the following: Amount she owes you, a dealine to pay and state that you will take her court if she doesn't pay by the deadline.

Go to small claims court in your county/town/city if she doesn't pay and file a claim wih them. They'll set a date to hear the case like on People's Court. If you win they can garnish her paycheck until you are paid in full.

Good Luck!

Talk to your friend and tell him that its not cool that she doesnt pay you back and put it in his hands-if that doesnt work then meet her in a dark alley-kick her *** and steal her shoes (and your money) and walk on.
