I'm new here and dont know much abt sydney. but badly need a good gyneacologist preferably who takes high risk prgnancies.

The University of Australia in Sydney has a very good perinatology program, they are reputable worldwide for their work. I would call them to see if they are taking patients, or can recommend a perinatologist in the area. A perinatologist goes above and beyond and OB/GYN, the specialize in high risk pregnancies, even are capable of fetal surgery if needed. They are more aggressive than a traditional ob/gyn and have higher positive outcomes with high risk pregnancies.
Had it not been for the care of a perinatologist I would not be here nor would my fourth son. The deal with preterm labor, hormonal problems, cervical insufficiency, fetal surgery, multiples (quads, etc).
I wish you all the best, if you don't feel comfortable with your new doctor don't be afraid to go to a new one.

Apparently, the best one in the country is somewhere in town hall in the city. My friend goes to her for endometriosis. Im not sure of the name and I know there are usually long waiting lists to go see her.

Try Dr. Brooks at United Family Hospital. he has had 35 years of experience and has great review rates! good luck!
