Or it is just another example of hysterical right-wingers who still don't understand what a failure Bush has been.

GRETCHEN CARLSON: You talk about the hostile enemy, obviously being Iraq, but hostile enemies right here on the home front. Yesterday Senator Ted Kennedy, proposing that any kind of a troop surge should mean there should be congressional approval of that. A lot of democrats not coming to his side on this. But obviously this is not going to be an easy sell on Capitol Hill, even if it’s not an easy sell to the American Public.

BARTLETT: We don’t view Ted Kennedy as hostile enemy but we do view him to be an open and often critic of the war. He has been from the outset. I don’t think that’s anything new.

What does a Vietnamese civil war have to do with us? Remember that when it comes to Iraq.

No, No, Oh No.
I watch all three major networks, CNN, MSNBC, and FOX.
There is no doubt that Fox news is a Republican station using it influence to help the GOP agenda. And to serve the hard moral right. Who thinks we should all be governed by morals instead of the Bill of Rights and Constitution. Calling themselves a news channel, when most of their broadcast is only speculation and opinions.
Fox News does our country a big injustice doing this. It gives the rest of the world the idea that America is like they portray it to be. When in reality the moderates or the majority of this country. Anyone that believes this BS is the ones that voted for Bush. Now a lot ot them are eating crow, but still watch Fox and believe everything they hear.

from looking at his voting record concerning the military and other conflicts I'd say he is not a backer of the military under any circumstances. And when he uses banners like he did a few months ago saying that Iraq's torture chambers are open again under new management talking about our soldiers I say he belongs to the axes of idiots. So yeah I agree pretty much.

I see nothing for you to get so worked up about, other than Gretchen asking a truthful question, and Bartlett providing his response. Also truthful.

Then you bring up the Vietnam war. Calling for a protest? I'm thinking don't do it here.
