i want to know what is to be talk to a person if you dont know them?i am 17years,i want to know what is to be talk that other one get impress with you?if i dont talk will i behave like a boring person?plezzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help

You have to first introduce yourself briefly and obtain a similar introduction from the other person. Watch out for the other person's body language and see if it is positive for carrying on a conversation further.
If the new person has been introduced to you by a common friend or meet him/her at a party or social function, then the ice can be broken by starting a discussion about the mutual friend or the party or function etc. Keep talking in general terms, and let the other person also talk without any interruption from your side. A friendship involves listening first and talking later.
Once you find some common interest or topic, you can discuss that interest or topic, but dont boast that you have superior knowledge about it (even if you are an expert), since this is most annoying to others and would put paid to any further talk.
