Ok, a couple of ideas first would be a cheap way to get a good body, start with 200 Push-ups a day, start with a low interval of 20 or 30 then working your way up to doig as many as possible, remember form NOT repetitions is the important thing. Also do 300 sit-ups a day starting at 40-60 repetitions and also working your way up to do as may as possible, REMEMBER form NOT repetitions is the important thing. Run approximatley 4 miles a day, start with doing the distance, then switch to timing yourself and pushing yourself to do AT LEAST 4 seconds better each run. An important thing to work on is your breathing pattern. You may want to invest in a jump rope and do 10 sets of 100 each day. Also another good investment would be a set of dumbells, start with a 15 lb or a 20 lb set and do 4 sets with 20 repetitions, gradually upping the weight and repetitions. ALWAYS REMEMBER to be drinking plenty of water so that you don't become dehydrated.

up your protein as much as possible, that means eat some type of meat, chicken and seafood are best, at every sitting. Eat 4-6 times a day and work out regularly but not too long, that means do heavy weights short reps...

you need a a resistance training program that is based on compound movements like:
squats
dead lifts
military press
bent over row
bench press
chin up/pull up
* multiply your body weight x 2 and consume that many calories a day. you want to get 40% of your calories from proteins, 40% from carbs and 20% from healthy fats...
