Referees make mistakes. Its the nature of the game. Just remember they are not calling the game personally. If you don't think you fouled the person. Dont worry about it. Im sure someone didnt foul you before and yet the ref called a foul. Usually human error balances itself between the teams. Try to talk reasonably to the ref, and explain why it wasnt a foul. BUT DONT LOSE YOUR TEMPER. The only thing this will do is cause the ref to have a grudge against you which will make it worse! Just say in your head that he made a bad call, but he will make it up for our team later.
Whatever you do, do not try to yell, intimidate, or show up the ref. It does not bode well for team morale nor the ref's attitude toward you. If you talk reasonably he might begin to like you and give you a make-up call later. And even if you dont agree just say yeah your right I did, and confess to it. In bball there is politicing, and you can help your team or hurt your team based on your attitude towards the refs.

go ahead and beat someone down. Let the anger consume you and than react what you have done. Stop talking trash, it means nothing, only babies yip yap on the court. Analyze what you have done after the game. If you beat the the kid down pretty hard and feel bad, that you know you've grown up, but if you loved the feeling, keep on trucking, it won't last forever.

Remember it takes a stronger man to hold his anger in and control it then to go out of control.
Prove to yourself how strong you are by holding it rather then lashing it all out of control. It's a sign of majority.
Be wise by giving wise answers.
If you discover you are wrong in your answers remember it takes a man to say calmly that the other party is right sometimes.
Everybody loves to hear there right sometimes and they like to know you agree at times with things they say.
Communication is the hardest things in life to accomplish that is why there's war in the world today.
Don't be an nuclear bomb(time bomb)
Learn how to defuse them then you're a real master with communication.
Any man can get angry out of control. That's the easy thing to do.
Now try the harder thing.Be calm. Most men can't do that.

ahhhhh dont lose your anger man it is the best motivational tool ever. in my basketball career i played tooo conservative and average like 5 points a game. then I stepped it up and average around 15-16 points a game due to my agressiveness and anger. if you play with a chip on your shoulder with something to prove then you really make it happen. if you are too relaxed you will get shut the **** (fill in the blank) down. just chill with the refs and REJECT other players if your tall that will ease the tension.

I suggest hiring a hitman on all of those officials that are giving you problems. Then you won't have to worry about those outrageous calls. Hey, it worked for me! Now all the officials in my league don't bother to call fouls on me.
