i keep having a dream where an uncle and a cousin(they're not related to each other) are at my parent's house during a family gathering. in the dream, i keep thinking "they're dead, they're not supposed to be here", more than once in those dreams, one of them tells me that they're not dead, that i'm wrong if i think they are. what does this dream mean?

That's hard to say. Is anything wrong with them--that you think they will die in the near future? Could it be that either of them will just be moving away soon? Perhaps the family will disown them if they ever got married (and say "you're dead to me," or "you're disowned from the family?"

Dreams usually have nothing to do with real life, but sometimes can represent something going on in YOUR life.

okay... question... are they actually dead in real life?... i assume so, but you didn't clearly state it so i might be wrong.. well death in dream means change... if these relatives aren't dead, maybe the dream is refering to a change either in them that you've noticed, or a change in your relationship with them. if they are dead, it could be that they represent ghosts of the past... but what they're telling you is that whatever it is youre thinking is "in the past", done and dead, might not actually be as "past" as you would like to be believe...
ummm... a little more detail into the actual dream would help determine what it means, but i hope this helps some.. =D

Keep in mind that dreams are your brain's way of clearing and detoxifying all of the random and intentional thought processes of the past x amount of time. They are simply nerve impulses used by your conscience to organize the unconscience. However, if you want to bring it to the next level, dreams can perhaps be something spiritual, set off by your gut feeling about something.
