I have primary amenorrhea which was brought on by a medical condition called Panhypopituitarism. My pituitary gland doesn't function on it's own. I never grew on my own, so I had to take Human Growth Hormones (HGH). I also never got my period on my own, so I was prescribed birth control pills. I don't get a period without taking the birth control pills. Will I need to look into fertility drugs when I wish to conceive or could I become pregnant while on the pill, even with my primary amenorrhea as a factor?

More than likely you'll have to take hormones. But there are a lot of great doctors and specialists out there. When you're ready I'm sure things will come together! But don't stress over it. Science advances more and more everyday! I do wish you the best!

I would think that you can take hormone pills. Even a woman nowadays in her 70's who is way past menopause can take hormone pills if they wish to have another child!
