Sounds like great fun if you do it right. Now there is a technique that uses an electric shock to force the prostate to ejaculate semen. Developed to extract viable sperm from a corpse. I don't think that's the right way.

When trying to get a woman pregnant, it's a bad thing. You need to save up your sperm so there is a higher count, and therefore successful ovulation due to more chance with more sperm. If you don't ejaculate every so often, it will just break down in the urine so there isn't an overload. But, other than that, it's okay to do it daily.

It's very good and completely normal and healthy! I'm 62 and I have been doing it since I was 14.

Can't hurt, I suppose. I have heard it is good for you, though I can't confirm any health benefits. Certainly it is good for your mental well-being, as well. The perfect stress release!

eastern medicine say bad because you lose more of your life energy your chi or jeng or something, I forget, but a teenager would say it's not enough

its normal man... it will regain back into your body in a day or so. its accually healthy to it. every man does it, if it was dangerous then there would be dying of population no babies.
