They will separate from the Whey. Thank you, I'll be here all night.
Seriously though, the Kurds were doing fine before we invaded Iraq and they are still doing better then the rest of Iraq. When we pull out of Iraq Kurdistan will undoubtly be the least effected by violence as it has in the past, there is no reason why our pull out would disrupt their already functioning government, especially since we only have a minimum number of troops stationed in Kurdish areas in the first place.

countries and humans are more resilient than most people (specially in the west) like to think they are! I hate to give advice or even a slight opinion on a subject I have little or no expertise on. The sage of Kurds in the region has been termed as the wrong people, in the wrong geography i.e. amongst Iraq, Turkey, Iran and more dispersed in a region that boils on nationalistic sentiments. No solution in sight with or without the pullout.

The Kurds stand to benefit the most -- they have an organized army for self-defense. They have their own oil supplies.
Once they are independent, then the Kurds in Turkey with finally unite with them and overthrow the tyranny of Turkey's internal torture and oppression of the Kurds.
Kurdistan will be the first place that tourists visit in Iraq, ten years from now -- you heard it here first!
