Strange, but I will answer.
Most women who wear heels to work have foot pain during the day. Mainly on the balls of the feet. Around the toe area you can get blisters because the downward slanting position of the foot causes the toes to be crushed into the shoe.
Heels can also cause back problems.

When I was in my 20's, I was superficial and wanted to look good all the time to the point of being uncomfortable. I took my shoes off at work. I did not feel bad about it, but my feet were cold. I am now almost 40 and I dress decent but I also dress for comfort and for the weather. I feel just as beautiful in a nice pair of jeans, a cute but comfortable shirt, and comfortable socks and shoes. I also wear a hoodie which looks plain, but is very warm and comfortable.

God, today at work... my feet started hurting sooo bad and I felt like I was just going to explode.... I kicked my shoes off and started massaging my feet and ohhhhh god yeah it felt soooo good.
