Does anyone have it and get unwanted mean thoughts about the people they care about? like their friends, parents. I'm really close to my mom so i feel the guiltiest about that. How do i not feel guilty. I need someone to talk to that had or has this. I feel like i have to tell her. We are so close and i feel awful for the thoughts even though i know it's not true

what kind of thoughts are we talking about here....like anger thoughts...like you wish she would leave you alone and let you be ourself...or random killing thoughts....big difference her...
everyone has thoughts that are best not shared...everyone...different people handle it differently...I mentally yell in my head -STOP!...and that does the trick till the next time...other people revel in the thought enjoying it because they know it will go no further ...some people cry, some people analyze it to death...still other's do what you are doing ...go on a guilt trip...which is kind of a wasted emotion...again one that most of us feel from time to time.
The good thing I hear in our question is that you love those you are having the thoughts about...that is a very positive thing...maybe it is just your hormonous age that is giving you a bit of a problem...this to shall pass.
