There are places like that but not very much like that. But I'm A Cheerleader is a comedy. Black at that. But yes trying to brainwash someone out of homesexuality is not unheard of.

Not EXACTLY like the movie, as it's a bit of a satire, but they do have camps (or whatever you want to call them) that think being gay is something they can change. Creepy...

I wouldnt doubt it. Some parents would probably send their children there if there was such a place. Kind of like the movie "Saved!" if you ever watched that.

i've seen it and from what i've heard yeah they do have those places.i don't mean to scare you but if you be good you won't have to go there.
