My free testosterone was 2.46 and now it has decreased to 1.86. My testosterone levels have decreased. I'm a woman with PCOS and didn't get a change to question the nurse when she had called (figured I'd look up details online, but not having much luck understanding or finding results).

It is .7-3.6 is within normal range. Sometimes with PCOS it tends to go up but it seems that yours is within normal range.
